A Little More Progress...

Happy Tuesday!  I'm excited to finally have some pictures to share of my craft room makeover, but first; I hope you all had a wonderful Mothers Day! I enjoyed spending the day with my hubby and kiddos, having lunch at my favorite restaurant then some window shopping, lounge time back at home, topped off with a chick flick of my choice on DVD.  I'm one grateful mommy!

Speaking of grateful, I also wanted to take a minute to welcome those of you who are new to my blog.  I am shocked and amazed that you even give my blog the time of day, let alone return on a daily basis to see what I've been up to!  I appreciate every single comment and I am truly humbled by your friendship!

And now onto the craft room...

I am so happy to say that it is nearly finished!  The big stuff is done, now I'm just working on the details.  I'm hoping to have it completed and ready for the reveal by Friday (fingers crossed!)  As a reminder, this is what the room looked like when I started:

Yikes!  I seriously cringe when I see these pictures!  So what have I done to the space, you may ask?  Here's a little sneak peek....

I started by "building" a closet:

Next I sorted, organized and labeled some baskets I already had and put them on the bookshelves:

Next, I turned a thrift store picture frame into an inspiration board:

Then I used this inspiration photo (from this post):

white frame with fabric rolls

To create my own version of art for the room.

So what'cha think?  I'll be sharing the details in the "reveal" post later this week... I hope you"ll be back to see it!

Until Next Time,
